Once you or your loved one decide to join the community at Bartram Lakes, we make it easy to get started.
We’ll work with you to get the proper forms completed for admission
You’ll provide us with a comprehensive list of current medications
Our nurse manager will contact you to conduct an assessment

Medical and therapy offerings
Residents at Bartram Lakes have access to a mobile medical care unit as well as various therapy modalities, including physical therapy and occupational therapy provided by the renowned team at Brooks Rehabilitation. Residents are also welcome to have their own providers come onto campus to provide services. Music and pet therapy are available to all residents. Learn more about the costs associated with care.

Navigating insurance
Respite care and senior living are not covered by insurance, but many services – such as intensive nursing support – are covered by insurance providers. We recommend working directly with your provider to understand coverage.
