Bartram Lakes has Residents of all different ages and clinical needs. We have residents ranging from early 60s to over 100 years of age. Some Residents may not need help with any of their Activities of Daily Living, while others may need help with some or all. Additionally, some Residents may need help managing their daily medications. Our staff is trained and ready to safely handle your loved one’s needs with dignity and respect.
Our staff consists of not only nurses, but also Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). While some assisted living communities employ Home Health Aides, Bartram Lakes goes one step further and requires all staff to be a licensed CNA (at a minimum) so we can provide an extra level of care and attention to all of our Residents. Medical Technicians are also a part of our nursing team. Our Med Techs receive oversight by the nurse manager and are responsible for handling medications for our residents who need medication management.
Bartram Lakes is proud to have a nurse onsite 24/7. A nurse manager, who oversees the daily operations in the building, also manages our staff. The nurse manager is responsible for developing individual Resident care plans as needed. These care plans are closely monitored and update based the Resident’s needs and situation.
